As an Admin or Owner in AlexisHR you have many resources at your disposal.
Via the chat icon down in the right corner you have a chat, the possibility to search for articles in our Help Center and to book a meeting with a representative at AlexisHR.
During your first months at AlexisHR the link will lead you to book a meeting with your assigned customer success representative. After that the link will lead you to our support (that might in some instances be the same person as your CSM).
How to book a meeting
Click the chat icon and scroll down. Here you find a button saying "Book now". Select a length for your meeting, a date, a time and fill out any information you might be asked to give us.
Once completed the meeting will be confirmed and a confirmation will get sent to your email!
