Alexis product team loves feedback
Alexis product team wants to have an open and short feedback loop when it comes to improvement suggestions and ideas from you our customers. For that reason we have added in app functionality for this almost right at your fingertips (or at least the blue messenger chat icon in the lower right corner).
Where can I enter my feedback?
As long as your permissions in Alexis is Owner, you can send in feedback directly from the messenger app in Alexis. Just open it and scroll to the bottom and you will be presented with a "Send feedback" option.
What happens with my feedback?
All incoming feedback will be categorized and stored in our product management tool Productboard. Depending on where we are within the area of the specific feedback we might reach out to you for more information.
Therefore we really would like for you to enter your email adress so that we can connect directly to you and your organisation.
Will I always get a response?
Unfortunately we can not promise that we answer all feedback directly or promptly. But we continuously use all feedback in order to see new areas of improvement and what problems we might address first.
What should my feedback contain?
We would appreciate that each improvement or feedback item gets the attention it needs and we would appreciate them being entered separately.
The the more you write about what problem you are trying to solve and how this improvement will help you achieve that is highly valuable.
We as product people like to think of things as " As a < type of user >, I want < some goal > so that < some reason > "

As an Owner, I want to be able to find documents easier so that I do not have to spend time looking for them!
or to describe what you are doing and what would help you, because of [reason]
Example :
When providing notes on the employee review workflow templates, I miss the option to save as draft. Currently when writing a note I can only choose submit the full review Sometimes I want to have an extra think through, or I might be interrupted and not have time to conclude the review at that specific time.
This lets us know what you want to do and then there can be multiple ways of solving that problem.
