Feature improvements
Compensation types
Link multiple compensation types to an employee
Salary (as today)
Bonus: One-time payments
Additional: Recurring payments
You can use a new field: Salary Year
"Salary year" in Alexis specifies the year when an employee's salary should next be reviewed if not this year.
A new report type allows you to take out info on past, current and future compensations
Export compensations via our Payroll report or API
Employee Review Scope
You can now use the new scope UI in employee reviews when selecting "Specific people" to make it easier to include and exclude organizations, departments, offices, and employees
Salary review
We implemented a new table design for the overview of active salary reviews
When creating new salary reviews you will now see payout periods for salaries to make it easier what type of salary you are referring to (weekly, monthly, etc.)
Time Off export view
The Export time off page allows for more granular decisions of what data should be exported for what employees and for what period.
You can find the new page from Manage time → Export time off . This view will replace the existing "export route" for payroll files that currently is from Manage time → Payroll report→ New payroll report → Download → Selected export file.
NOTE : This functionality is not connected to the Fortnox or PE integrations. They are still active and will be continued for now to be accessed from Time Off Overview → Export
Upcoming improvements
Salary review
Being able to set a budget in percentage (e.g. increase salary by 3% for all employees)
Exclude employees from a salary year that have a set date for the scheduled review in the future
Feedback
As an owner you are always able to send in product feedback through the Intercom chat directly from Alexis or the knowledge base.
This feedback is then stored in our product management tool Productboard and you do not have to go through our amazing support to give improvement suggestions directly to Alexis.
