We are excited to announce the release of the latest version of our software product. This release comes with a host of new features and improvements that will enhance the users experience.

We have made the following improvements to our software to make it more intuitive and user-friendly.

With this release there is added possibilities to add a leave type code to either new or existing leave types. This will allow for leaves to match to leave type codes in external systems such as a payroll system.

This is needed since different payroll systems have different codes for different leave types.

Leave type codes are configured (optional) on the selected leave type found in Settings → Time off settings → selected leave type

The leave type code will be exported in the standard payroll export found under Insights → Payroll →New payroll report

The leave type code is also available for selection in the Time Off report under Insights → Report →Time Off report

The time for only 2 languages in Alexis Web is almost gone. From this release we are adding AI translated Norwegian and Dutch to Alexis.

We are getting helped at the moment by some Beta testing customers and have put it behind a feature flag for now, but we hope to release it as soon as possible to all Alexis customers. When enabled you will be able to change it from Your own profile → Account → Language.

This is currently limited to the WEB UI so emails and etc will still be in English regardless if set to NO, NL in Alexis.

We will introduce a new Profile overview to the profile to make it easy for users to grasp the most important key points as quickly as possible, rather than needing to browse among all sections in the profile.
