Feature improvements
We have made the following improvements to our software to make it more intuitive and user-friendly.
Open documents in the Web browser
When opening a document that is uploaded in Alexis, it will now open up directly in the browser window instead of downloading the selected file.
Possibility to select what email should be used in the AlexisHR-PE employee export integration.
In the PE integration we added a setting that allows you to select what email should be synchronized (private or work) when exporting employee data from AlexisHR to PE.
For backward compatibility reasons the default will be "Use work email" so that current configuration is not changed.
To change the setting navigate to Settings → Integrations → PE accounting
Offboarding - Scheduled delete/anon info
When scheduling an offboarding in People → Employees → Selected Employee → Account → Offboarding and scheduling "Anonymization" or "Delete date", a more distinct message will be shown that explains it's irreversible and that data cannot be restored.

Possibility to remove profile picture
It is now possible for employees to remove existing profile pictures. If the profile picture is removed it will be replaced by the default employee initials.
Bug Fixes
We have addressed several bugs and issues that were reported by our users to improve the overall stability of the software.
[API] GET invalid response with no data for GET employee filtered by DepartmentId request.
Employee profile - Employee was unable to edit own tax table & column.
Admin/Colleague was not able to see "Notes" in employee profile.
Notification related to hire date and end date was getting mixed up.
Time off request window pop-up did not align within main page borders.
