Employment types: There are three new employment types available on the employee profile for you to use.
- Internship (“Praktik”) -> “PRA”
- Temporary employment (“Vikariat”) -> “VIK”
- Special fixed term employment (“Särskild visstidsanställning”) -> “SVT”
These are also included in Payroll Reports and Custom Reports.
PAxml exports: We’re making it possible to export employee data in PAxml format to make data synchronization to systems like Crona Lön and Kontek easier. If you want early access and help us beta-test this feature, please contact your customer success manager. Please note that initially, it will only be possible to export personal information and not time off data.
Work-from-home reports: You can export a report that shows how many people worked from home, making it easier for you to understand when and how people work from home compared to working in the office. Learn more about custom Reports here.
