Ability to edit name, description and dates of a salary review after it has been launched (Actions → Edit)

Choosing Departments and Offices as Collaborators
You can now select Departments and Offices as a Collaborator when creating a goal.
Fixes
Editing-buttons are only visible for goals you are allowed to edit
Quicker loading times when navigating between lists and goals
Goals won't load properly and the error-message, "Unauthorized", is frequently shown while working in Goals is now resolved.
Users with "Member" permissions frequently get the error message "Something went wrong" is now resolved.
Known issues and ongoing fixes
When creating a new Goal and selecting e.g. an Office or Department in the Collaborators section, can result in the chosen options are stuck when trying to deselect them.
