Organization, Division & Employee Number
You can now edit the Employee number* of employees in AlexisHR. We've also added Organization and Division as fields to profiles under the group "Work". These two new fields are mainly made to be used with our API and SCIM (including our Okta-app).
*This field is sensitive, since it might be used by integrations to your API/SCIM.
Company Documents overhaul
This release supercharges Company Documents – bringing folders, links, expiration dates and access control to company documents as well.
Important note
Company Documents has moved in the sidebar, from Company to the new main item Documents. This is also where the new e-signing sections will live eventually (yeah - we are doing that next)!
Onboarding & Workflow fixes
Added support for the "Profile presentation" field, together with a bunch of other fields, in onboarding templates. Go check if there's any field you want to add to your onboardings - here!
Changed so called delta dates on Workflow due dates to use calendar days instead of Working days. Note: you might still see "Working days" being mentioned some places, but this will be updates shortly!
Are you a fan of lists? We are, here goes a bunch of fixes:
Made it clear (visually) which fields are required/optional during offboarding
Added informative messages when trying to create review templates and forgetting to fill out necessary information
Unified our date pickers so that Monday is always the first day of the week
Letting users know that birthdays will be visible to others, in case they want to keep that information private and not fill out the field
Improved scope selector for review cycles.
Fixed bug where it looked like a custom field was not accepting multiple values when in fact it was
Fixed bug where a published review template would be turned into a draft when edited.
