The dashboard has been remade with a completely new design. We’ve also made sure to include some updated and new features, highlighted below!
Announcements
It is now possible to display announcements in AlexisHR!
Announcements can be set to be displayed during a set timeframe (with a start- and end date). You can add formatted text, images, links and youtube videos to the announcements.
Announcements can be made and edited by Admins & Owners. To create an Announcement click the cogwheel icon and then + New Announcement
Overview
The general overview and information available in the Dashboard has changed.
It’s now more visually appealing, and the main information available has been cleaned up and moved. Upcoming events have been moved to a list of cards instead to clearly highlight important events birthdays and Time off.
Taskbar & Log
We’ve changed how actions and tasks are displayed in Alexis, to make it easier to know what needs to be done!
In the new Taskbar you can see leaves you need to approve, timesheets that need reviewing, upcoming reviews and workflow tasks. All sorted on due date to make it easy to prioritize!
Clicking on a task will take you to a detailed view - but now you can also take action quicker! The taskbar will also be available from all parts of Alexis!
We’ve also completely rebuilt our log, made sure it’s consistent and added more types of information. You’ll reach the log next to the Taskbar, in the top right hand corner!
