Description
The Simployer/Teamtailor integration enables customers to set an Action/Trigger in Teamtailor on the "Hire" activity. When a candidate in Teamtailor is marked as hired, the candidate's information — including their CV — is automatically transferred to Simployer in the agreed organizational unit.
Simployer will assist the customer with the setup.
Prerequisites
The customer must have an active subscription with both Teamtailor and Simployer HRM.
The customer must activate Simployer as a Partner in the Teamtailor Portal.
The customer must register the required custom fields in Teamtailor based on the description provided by Simployer and provide the API key and company name (as registered in Teamtailor) to Simployer.

The customer must define which department/unit the hired candidate should be imported into.
Technical Description
Teamtailor has implemented a Webhook that automatically sends candidate information to Simployer when the candidate is marked as hired.
Simployer has implemented a web service that receives the Webhook data from Teamtailor and stores the candidate information directly in the designated unit in Simployer HRM.
The customer can immediately — or later — search for the candidate in Simployer and proceed with any additional registration or actions as needed.
