Welcome to Handbooks One, your platform for creating, organizing, and sharing knowledge in your organization.
This document walks you through essential actions.
User Roles
Handbooks One includes two primary user roles:
Handbooks Administrator
Handbooks Reader
Role Details
Handbooks Administrators can create, update, and delete handbook items such as Articles and Content Packs. They also manage access and define visibility.
Handbooks Readers have read-only permissions. They can view published articles but cannot make changes.
In HRM One, Owners and Admins are automatically assigned the role of Handbooks Administrator. Employees and Leaders are assigned the role of Handbooks Reader.
