The driver results are displayed based on different score definitions. Find more information about each score definition below:

  • Overall engagement score
An average of all the individual driver scores.

  • Comparisons
The difference in score compared to the previous measurement (e.g. +7)

  • A score for each individual driver
An average result of the last 4 question results (included in an individual driver) asked, within the past 6-month period

  • Driver trends
An average of the last driver scores within the past 3-month period.

Example:

In the below example, you can see the question results, driver score, and driver trend for continuous measurement for an individual driver.
This measurement is set on a monthly frequency and has been activated for the first time in January.

E.g. May scores:

  • The driver score for May month is 58 = average question results of (February + March + April + May).

  • The driver trend for May month is 56 = average driver scores of (March + April + May).

Note that if 4 questions have not been asked yet and/or 3 months have not passed, the average of the latest questions asked will be shown instead.
