The &frankly support can not create your questions, translations, or new pulses. The &frankly support team does not have the authority to add or remove employees, groups or change your account settings. However, we can guide you on how to do it yourself if the access granted to you allows it, or get you in touch with the person in your organization that has the rights to do it.
Our support team is happy to help you find your results in the tool, but can not help you export, summarize or analyze them.
