How does the SSO work?

When a company enables SSO for their account, it works as a “middle checkpoint” for the authentication process, then the users have to enter the password selected for this service instead of a password specific for &frankly. This means that they only need one master credential to access all services where the company has enabled SSO, usually these other services are email, CRM systems, etc.

The log-in flow goes as follows:

**The steps on the blue squared are validated outside of &frankly, on the SSO solution.
