Only users with an administrator role are allowed to change these properties in &frankly.
Go to Account > Company settings > Basic information to do so.
Change name by typing in the box next to "Name". Change the logo by clicking the current picture and upload the new logo. Remember to save!
Note that the picture you upload must be in the format png, jpg or gif.
