Teamtailor improvements
You can now choose the default status for employees imported from Teamtailor. Depending on what your recruitment process is - you can set up the integration so that they appear as a Candidate or a New Hire by default.
For example: if a person in your hiring process is moved to the Hired state in Teamtailor and you want them to appear as a Candidate in AlexisHR - so you can use features like e-signing - you can now make that the default behavior.
💡 Quick note: This is a global setting that applies to all users imported from Teamtailor.
Already using the Teamtailor integration?
Don't worry! Your settings will remain the same and set to your current default: New Hire. Nothing changes unless you update it, so your workflows stay intact.

Fortnox improvements
If you're using the Fortnox integration, there is now new functionality to optionally:
Export absences occurring on non-working days
Export dated wages (wages associated to a specific date)
These updates provide you with more flexibility to manage your specific absence-tracking needs.

&frankly improvements
Several improvements to improve the sync capabilities between AlexisHR and &frankly.
Managers in AlexisHR will now automatically be assigned the Manager role in &frankly unless they already hold a more senior role
Department leads in AlexisHR are now automatically set as Department Owners in &frankly
Optional export fields in AlexisHR will no longer cause sync errors if they are empty or don't exist
You can now toggle whether the phone number field is mandatory when syncing employees - default behavior is not to send it unless enabled
Coming soon: Tripletex
With the upcoming integration to Tripletex, employee data and absence data can be synced automatically. Once this integration is live, you can simply activate the connection on the Integrations page in your account settings. Stay tuned for more updates.
